At Good Life Research Labs, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition and meets your expectations.
All Sales Final for Research Use Products
Due to the nature of our products—intended for research purposes only and not for human consumption—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product information carefully before placing your order.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

Your order arrived damaged or defective.

The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving (or expected receipt of) your order at support@goodliferesearchlabs.com.
Return Process:

Email us at support@goodliferesearchlabs.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Our team will review your claim and provide return authorization if eligible.

Approved returns must be shipped back within 10 business days using the prepaid return label provided.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (including the standard $12.99 fee) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once a shipping label has been created or tracking issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
Buyer Protection Compliance:
In accordance with the Business & Commerce Code §601.001 and Federal Trade Commission Mail Order Rule, if your order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, you’ll be notified and given the option to accept the new delivery date or receive a full refund.
