Shipping Policy
At Good Life Research Labs, we take pride in ensuring that your order is processed, packaged, and shipped with care.
Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx, and every shipment includes tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and state or federal holidays).
Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat rate of $12.99 for standard shipping within the United States.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most customers receive their packages within 5–7 business days after the order has shipped.
Compliance:
In accordance with the Business & Commerce Code § 601.001, we make every reasonable effort to ship all orders within the timeframe stated above. If an item is delayed beyond 30 days, you will be notified by email and may choose to:

Cancel the order for a full refund.
Tracking:
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout so you can monitor delivery progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@goodliferesearchlabs. We’ll work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue or replace your order.
Delays & Exceptions:
Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or other factors outside our control. Good Life Research Labs is not responsible for delays once an item is in carrier possession.
